In person, at the visit, when you get your machine back, or when we deliver your build.
Tap your card or phone against ours. Apple Pay and Google Pay work too. Payments run through Stripe.
We text or email you a secure Stripe invoice. Transfers take up to 4 business days to clear, and we hand back your machine once they do.
When you pay
The service call is paid at the visit, by cash or card tap. We don't charge repair labor upfront. If we need to order parts, we may ask you to pay for them first. The diagnosis is free, and there's no repair charge if we can't fix it.
Paying an invoice
Invoices come from Stripe, our payment processor, with the Precision PC name and logo.
It goes to a secure page on stripe.com. We never see your bank login or card number.
Stripe emails you a receipt as soon as the payment goes through. It shows on your statement as PRECISION PC.
Text (413) 239-4183 or email precisionpcma@gmail.com and we'll resend it.
Stay safe
Scammers copy small businesses. Here's what we will never do.
We never ask for gift cards, crypto, Venmo or Zelle
The only ways to pay us are cash, a card tap in person, or a Stripe invoice.
We never ask for your card number by text, email or phone
Cards are only tapped in person. Invoices are paid by bank transfer on Stripe's own page.
Our payment links always go to stripe.com
If a link claiming to be from Precision PC goes anywhere else, don't pay it. Text or email us first.
